This research discussed the differences of the volunteers' characteristics and their organizational commitment and their participating motivation in the National Science and Technology Museum. The highest ranking of their organizational commitment is the ''motivation to succeed'' and the lowest one is the ''tendency to retain position''. The volunteers' sex, marriage status, vocation and catalog were different on ''the motivation to succeed''. In regard of participating motivation and organizational commitment, ''the motivation to succeed'' is not related to ''the motivation of social response'' and ''the satisfaction of knowledge'', but others are significantly positive related. |
