由觀眾面向探討展示評量指標

Discussing the Indicators of Exhibit Evaluation From a Visitor's Perspective

現代博物館由「物件導向」（object-oriented）轉為「觀眾導向」（visitor-oriented），觀眾為博物館決策須考慮的重要環節。展示室溝通博物館藏品與觀眾的橋樑，欲了解展示是否達到展示目標，必須由觀眾面相對展示進行評量。本研究先整理文獻提及之重要展示評量指標，加以歸類，發現不同評量方法中有意義相似的指標，各方法中以問卷法之指標有最大的包容性，可替代部分之實驗法與觀察法的指標。研究並建構展示評量層級架構，再以國立科學工藝博物館為例，討論一次評量多個展示廳之評量指標選用與組合，以評量個別展示廳成功程度。

This study reviewed literature regarding the indicators of exhibit evaluation. It is found that there are indicators of similar meaning in different evaluation techniques. The questionnaire technique contains some indicators, which have similar meaning used in observation and experiment techniques. This study also tried to establish a hierarchy of exhibit evaluation, which consists of goals, objectives and indicators. The exhibition halls in the National Science and Technology Museum (NSTM) in Taiwan were evaluated to determine whether or not they succeeded in their objectives.
