Professor Huang Wei-San is a Confucian physician grown up in the motherland of Confucius at San-Dong Province in China. He practiced medicine to save the world as an medical author with many works to his credit. He edited the 《Science of Acupuncture》、《Essence of the Classic Nan-Jing》、《Elaboration of the Classic Nan-Jing》、《New Exploration of the Classic Nan-Jin》 and the 《collection of the Theses of Professor Huang, Wei-San》. His moral character and works are view as model with making great efforts to foster useful medical elites and disciples. He is titled as the ''founding father of the acupuncture education in Taiwan'' in promoting acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine with numerous disciples all over the world. He promoted the academic exchange of Chinese medicine between the Taiwan Strait, and advocated the international academic exchange and afford an role model of Chinese medicine. As the proverb goes:「A teacher is to teach us the fundamental relationship between oneself and the society, to tell us the knowledge and skills for our careers, and to help us answer questions in the learning process.」 He is respected and admired as a master of acupuncture and are titled as the ''Great Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Taiwan.'' |
