Nowadays job burnout had become epidemic in all industries. It was not only affected physical and mental health of the employee, but also leaded to a negative emotional state for employee who worked burnout for a long time and even resulted in a eventually tired of his work. Their work-efficiency was low, the work achievement feeling was reduced, and had a tendency to leave which was causing losses to the enterprise performance. This study studied and analyzed job burnout in the field of tourism health industry. Through 9 in depth-interviews with travel-health staff for work experience, extracted effective data from emotional analysis, draw the four main causes of job burnout, which were: 1. personal low condition, including lack of basic information, sub-health, heavy psychological services,, lack of personal capacity, and family-work conflict; 2. heavy work load, including work overload, unfair work return, poor working environment, and work-family conflict; 3, less organizational support, including organizational support is not enough and poor organizational atmosphere; and 4. customers’ more requirements, including communication difficulties and customers’ expect value too much. This study presented the connotation and future research direction of job burnout in China travel health industry. |
