Traditional theoryof management education and organization development in Taiwanis centered around scale of economics to deliver cost advantages, pillared with standardized recipe for impersonal efficiency, and finally driven by rational approach for everlasting search for growth. Yet all this might be changed, as new business models and nova technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Computing and Cloud-based Service have altogether made most the theory and practice irrelevant or even obsolete. Thisresearch points however, westill need an integrated yet parsimonious approach to encompass all new features. |
