Based on the understanding of the social and environmental conditions of Taiwan, this paper discusses the planning and design of the Lane Service Station in the 'Long-term Care Decade Project 2.0'. Three proposals were made. 1. Lane Service Station should be set according the law of the Long-term Care Service Act and could be effectively supervised and managed. 2. The payment system should be established to replace the case-by-case review and subsidy. 3. Under the principle of miniaturization, the size of the Lane Service Station can not be limited or guided as the size of the eight users and be set as 24 users for the upper limit, for the flexibility of the necessary of organization management. |
