手球與沙灘手球之比較研究

The study comparison of Beach Handball and Handball

沙灘手球運動是由手球運動演變而來的，也是近幾年以來世界各國風行及新興的戶外運動。雖然沙灘手球的技術與規則大都仍承襲傳統手球，但仍有許多不同之處。本文主要是透過比較手球運動與沙灘手球運動在技術及規則上的不同，及了解兩者在場地、設備、球員組成、服裝、進攻防守技巧等規範上之不同來進行分析，以給予我國沙灘手球運動未來在培訓選手及發展上能有一些建議及助益。結果：沙灘手球在球場替補區域、球體的材質及重量、比賽選手服裝、球員場上人數、比賽時間及賽制、運動需求特性、守門員攻擊之主動性、裁判判罰及手勢上等方面都與原本的手球運動有許多不同之處，所以建議我國沙灘手球得走向相輔相成的方向，在競技運動方面，透過拉長選手的集訓期，以培養沙灘手球運動所需具備的運動需求特性及技術、能力，來提升我國沙灘手球的運動水平。在休閒運動方面，透過擁有手球代表隊的學校，來加以推廣沙灘手球運動，期望能藉由這些平台能促使更多民眾接觸及認識沙灘手球運動。

Beach Handball is a new sport originated from Handball. It has been verypopular among different countries and have gradually emerged into a widely knownoutdoor sport. Beach Handball and Handball are very similar in various aspects,however, there are distinctive differences in these two sports. In our case-study, weexplored the various aspects that differentiates these two sports. We believed thatunderstanding the differences will be beneficial in analyzing the future prospect ofBeach Handball in Taiwan. This is because this comparison allow one to be aware ofthe important things to take note when Beach Handball is being played. Some of theaspects being analyzed are the technical skills, technical rules and equipments usedfor Beach Handball in comparison to Handball. The technical skills in Beachhandball differs in the offense and defense techniques due to the layout of the court.Even goal keeper techniques have to be readjusted. In the case of technical rules,Beach Handball have a shorter game time, different substitutional zone, differentreferees penalty calls and even varying number of players each time on court. Lastly,the equipments used in the sport also varies. In Beach Handball, a different type ofhandball is used and criteria for team jerseys are different from Handball itself. Ipropose that Beach Handball, as a new sport, should go hand in hand with Handballdespite the differences. With the prior established reputation in Handball, BeachHandball may be better penetrated to the sports industry by complementing it. Withregards to Beach Handball being a competitive sport, training frequency forindividuals should extend. This allows specialized skills for Beach Handball to bebetter developed and subsequently improve the standard of the beach handball team in Taiwan. In conclusion, identifying the differences allow us to better promoteBeach Handball in Taiwan because it allows greater understanding of BeachHandball as a new sport.
