This study aims to understand the present status and relationship between the positive leadership, school ICT use and students' creativity in elementary schools. The method applied in this study is by questionnaire, and the use of structural equation modeling to verify the relationship between positive leadership, school ICT use and students' creativity. The study results showed that the present status of the positive leadership, school ICT use and students' creativity in elementary schools is good, there is a correlation between the three aspects, and the adaptation of the influence relationship mode is well. Although the positive leadership showed significant direct influence effect on students' creativity; however positive leadership could act as an intermediary role of school ICT use and engender effect on students' creativity. This study suggests that elementary school teachers should make good use of positive leadership, and to create a favorable relationship with teachers and students, and thus enhance the quality of school ICT use, and to promote the effectiveness of students' creativity. |
