《國朝獻徵錄》所收錄應檟墓誌銘校讀──兼論史源出處探析與比較

A Textual Criticism of in the Guo Chao Xian Zheng Lu

應檟（1493～1553）為嘉靖時期的官員，歷任刑部主事、知府、巡撫、總督淮河、提督兩廣軍務等，所參與的事務包含：刑獄、錢糧、學政、馬政、邊關、漕運、治河、軍務等，經歷甚為豐富。其生平史料卻僅散見於《明實錄》、私家著述，甚至未被《明史》收入列傳，足見其史料之闕。《國朝獻徵錄》所輯錄應檟的史料，主要是以唐汝楫所撰〈明故兵部右侍郎兼都察院右僉都御史贈兵部尚書警菴應公墓誌銘〉為底本進行修訂，在保存明代人物傳記史料方面，甚有貢獻。然而，將兩者內容校對比較之後，卻發現焦竑在抄錄、編輯過程，或許出於史識、取材、立場等因素考量，對原文進行諸多的改動，包含了缺漏字、訛誤、刪去內容等缺失，甚至刪去應檟的家族源流、人際交誼等相關內容。本文即以《國朝獻徵錄》收錄應檟墓誌銘為主，對照唐汝楫所撰原文進行校讀，以理解兩者之間的差異有哪些？以及差異的原因為何？進而探討《國朝獻徵錄》收錄史料考證時的優缺。

Guo Chao Xian Zheng Lu is a biography of contemporary personages compiled by Jiao Hong who was famous scholar in middle Ming dynasty. It conserved many historical materials about records, epitaphs and biographies of people in Ming. It was not only an important reference but also an invaluable historical biography in rectify errors, supplement omissions. However it also has some faults and defects even it was of great documentary value. Ying Jia’s epitaph was the original materials with his past experience that written by Tang Ru-ji who was famous literati in middle Ming. The essay tried to discuss the differences between the Guo Chao Xian Zheng Lu and original materials.
