The purpose of this paper is trying to analyze a student film project of two Freshman English classes and three English Conversation Laboratory classes under this writer's instruction in the 1997-98 academic year at Chinese Culture University. The results of this analysis indicated that students could benefit from this type of film project, and were highly motivated to learn English through it. Finally, some useful guidelines and suggestions for the EFL teachers interested in assigning similar projects were drawn. |
