從不同住宅型態探討固樁行為及其意義建構－－以高雄市鳥松區夢裡里為例

Discussing Canvassing and the Meaning Construction Via different Residential Types: A Case Study of Mengli, Niaosong in Kaohsiung

本研究旨在從不同住宅型態探討樁腳－－俗民網絡中的固樁行為，並建構其社會意義。透過文獻回顧來建立研究概念，將住宅型態視為釐清鄰里關係的物理基礎，而鄰里關係則是瞭解樁腳－－俗民網絡的社會基礎。首先探討住宅型態的鄰里意涵與固樁行為，並從各層級的選舉資料來呈現政治結構，最後揭示維繫深層結構的機制為樁腳－－俗民網絡的關係支持；樁腳－－俗民網絡的運作情形，特別在與地方有利害關係的議題上發揮效用，從夢裡里在澄清湖特定區計畫內的兩塊文教用地，其規劃、補償、解編及重劃等事宜皆引起地方民眾的積極關注，此外，夢裡里所擁有的福利資源則是地方領袖治理的關鍵，包括資源回收廠的回饋金，以及琅環宮宗教福利中的經濟資本和政治資本，這些福利資源皆與樁腳－－俗民網絡密切結合；有限的利益輸送取決於樁腳－－俗民網絡裡的關係判斷，其意義為地方社會的再團體化，而為了獲取更多額外的利益，則透過資源相對性的比較來建構爭取資源的理由，挪用資源來行使固樁行為，因此其意義也在於地方社會的自救或自利功能。

The substance of the study is that to discuss the canvassing in the network of vote captain and folks from different housing types; and trying to construct the social meaning. Through literature review, if taking housing as the representation of residents’ life style in a region, the housing can be the physical base of neighborhood relationship, and the neighborhood relationship can be the social base of the network of the vote captain and folks. At first, to discuss the meaning of neighborhood and canvassing of housing types. And presenting the political structure from the data of election in different levels. Finally, we can uncover that the mechanism in the basic election structures is the support of relationship in the network between vote captain and folks. In sociology, the social meaning of canvassing is to unite local groups again. But in the other point, through comparing withother regions, the vote captain could also make up the reason, so as to redistribute wealth. And the meaning is the function that saving itself or being conducive to itself in local society.
