城市社區文化－－以杭州東平巷社區為例

Urban Communities and Culture: The Case of Dongpingxiang Community in Hangzhou

社區是城市社會構成的基本單元，社區文化能夠深切地反映一個城市和一個社會的變化。在現代化背景下，中國城市社區正經歷著巨大的變化，社區如何因承傳統文化、適應和創造新文化仍是一個令人困惑的問題。本項目通過實地調查與歷史研究相結合的方法，以杭州東平巷社區為例，考察城市中心社區的形態特徵、居民生活方式以及社區文化形式，闡釋東平巷社區的空間變化、社區文化特徵以及與全球化之間的關係，進而指出城市中心社區在傳統文化消解過程中仍難以構建一種理想的城市文化模式。

Urban community is the basic unit of a society, which culture can exactly show the change of a city and society. In the context of Chinese modernization, urban communities are undergoing tremendous changes, and how to inherit traditional culture, adapt for and create a new culture is still a confusing question for them. This project will investigate the morphological feature, life way of residents, cultural form and globalization in communities of the city centre through the combination of the fieldwork and historical research, especially for the case of Dongpingxiang community in Hangzhou, and point out that it is difficult for those communities of the city centre try to create an ideal mode of urban culture as the traditional culture fades away.
