城市是一所學校－－社區大學推動城市公民學習的角色與實踐

City as School? Praxis and Role of Community University in Facilitating Urban Active Citizenship Learning

城市扮演關鍵的社會發展環節，其中各類型的學習型組織在城市學習所投入的程度與品質，也勢將攸關於城市學習發展的活絡，其中形塑公民參與的學習文化，更是促進城市的韌性與可持續發展的重要關鍵。本研究擬針對國內社區大學的民間教育團體推動在地城市公民學習的角色與能動性進行研究，以國內八個社區大學所推動的未來家園行動作為個案，研究方法採參與觀察、訪談與檔案資料的文本分析，分別從教育實踐、校務經營發展與社區行動三個面向探討案例社大如何投身在城市的積極公民素養學習，並從個案分析提出現階段社區大學推動城市公民學習的角色與可能作法。

City plays more crucial role in modern society. In urban context, the capacities of various learning organizations that devote to city learning definitely contribute to the development of lifelong learning. Among all learning issues, learning culture that could foster citizen participation is important to strengthening city’s resiliency and sustainable development. The study attempts to investigate the possible role and agency of Community University to promote active citizenship learning and social action in urban context. The author tries to analyze 8 local educational practices (a project called Creativity and Imaging the future in Education for Community University) of Community University operated by Non-governmental organizations, and discusses implications about possible approach that NGOs could engage in urban active citizenship learning.
