A 68 y/o female patient with healthy status previously visited China Medical Unervisity Hospital due to right eye ptosis and visual loss for half a month. Tracing back history, she complained easy nasal stuffness since ten months ago prior to this event. She was told two abnormal nodules and infiltration over lung fields by physical check up around eight months ago without symptoms. Four months later, she had intermittent throbbing and twinkling pain over Right temporal head. Symptom progressed and frequency increased gradually. On 2015.11.24 sudden onset of blurred vision with partial visual loss were noted and Right eye ptosis happened on next day. |
