紅斑性狼瘡併發眼外展神經麻痺－－病例報告

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated with Abducent Nerve Palsy: A Case Report

一25歲紅斑性狼瘡之女性患者，患病已5年。最近因外展神經麻痺、複視及頭痛住入本院，症狀於短期內急速惡化，雖經大劑量類固醇治療，病情仍無好轉，最後因嚴重中樞神經侵犯而死亡。本文欲討論紅斑性狼瘡併發中樞神經病變之不尋常臨床表徵及其診斷、預後和治療，並做文獻回顧。

A 25-year-old female has had systemic lupus erythematosus for 5 years. She was admitted at this time due to left abducent nerve palsy, diplopia, and headache. The consciousness deteriorated rapidly within 2 days despite large dose of corticosteroid. She died of central nervous system involvement.The cranial nerve involvement, particularly abducent nerve, in SLE is uncommon and the clinical features, prognosis and treatment will be discussed and reviewed in this report.
