類風濕關節炎併患僵直性脊椎炎或萊特氏症候群－－病例報告及文獻回顧

The Coexistence of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis/ Reiter's Syndrome

類風濕關節炎與僵直性脊椎炎為兩種不同之疾病。然而；由於此兩疾病有些共同的症狀，要作一明確區分有時並不容易。類風濕關節炎併發僵直性脊椎炎，或萊特氏症候群，於文獻上極為少見，至今僅分別報告39例及3例，中國人尚未見有文獻報告。我們於此報告兩個病例，一例是併發類風濕關節炎與僵直性脊椎炎，另一例是併發類風濕關節炎與萊特氏症候群。

Rheumtoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) are considered to be separate and unrelated diseases. However, the two diseases share some common features. It may be difficult to distinguish between these two diseases when the signs and symptoms of the one disease overlap those of the other. The coexistence of RA and AS/Reither's syndrome was rarely reported in the literature. We reported two cases, one with coexisting RA and AS, and the other with coexisting RA and Reiter's syndrome.
