電力設備產業為國家基礎工業，過去因受惠台灣經濟起飛，政府積極推動基礎建設，電力設備產業得以成長、茁壯，但近年來產業外移、台電減少資本支出，內需市場急速萎縮，加上政府積極推動區域自貿組織，全面開放電力設備市場，更激化內需市場的競爭；T公司重電廠為電力設備產業的領先公司，本研究以T公司重電廠為樣本去討論在產業環境變化劇烈時，企業如何把握自身優勢去提升競爭力，取得成功契機。

Because the electric equipment industry belongs to one of the basic industries, review the economic development in the past of Taiwan, the industry of electric equipment has driven the progress of heavy industry , the electric equipment industry of Taiwan took off together with the economic development of Taiwan since half century , so the electrical equipment industry is playing an important role in national economic construction and industrial development. But, our government want to join the world Trade Organization(WTO). The electrical equipment’s market are opened gradually, the electrical equipment makers have to face more competitive and more complicated market . This study will discuss the strategy for company T, improving industry core competitiveness.
