船舶安全缺失檢查數據變動之研究

The Study of Changing on Ship Safety Inspection Data

依據Equasis的數據庫，本研究進行台灣地區客輪主要檢查缺失分析，透過建立的船舶運輸指標，進行船舶航行安全之探討。首先比較各項缺失所發生的比例，接著針對各項缺失探討逐年變化的趨勢並藉透過趨勢指數平滑法預測未來五年年平均預測數，可以看到以「消防安全」之年平均缺失數增加最多，其次依序為「緊急系統」、「救生項目」、「結構安全」及「旅客服務系統」；只有「推進與輔助」之年平均缺失數是遞減的。而相關單位在針對該項目在進行檢查時，應更加的審慎查核，避免缺失而造成事故的產生，因此本研究所探討船舶安全檢查缺失確實可供後續船舶運輸發展來參考，在未來對於航運公司進行船舶檢查時能有更明確的依據。

This study focuses on the main miss checking for passenger vessels of Taiwan basing on Equasis database. Following the proportion of the main miss check in the shipping indicators, we discuss the main miss checking for passenger vessels, and explore the yearly change and the next five years average by trend exponential smoothing forecast, first is 'Fire Safety' item, followed in sequence as 'emergency system', 'life-saving', 'structural safety' and 'passenger service system'; by the way; 'promote and assist' is decreasing. The relevant units in the checking, we should be more careful to check to avoid accident.
