以感性工學探討造型與感性語彙關係之研究

The Relationship between Shapes and Kansei Words-A Goblet Study

葡萄就已是現代人最常接觸的酒飲之一，不過，再好的酒必須要有優雅的高腳杯來盛裝，才能達到視覺與味覺的雙重享受，本研究以感性工學為理論基礎，探討高腳杯的造型與感性語彙間的關係，一開始，透過高腳杯圖片與感性語彙的廣泛收集，經KJ法篩選出 40 湯圖片與 6 個代表性的感性語彙，利用混圖軟體並重新繪製了高腳杯樣本，並定義了代表高腳造型曲線的 10 個平面座標；另一方面將高腳杯定義杯口寬：杯身寬、杯身高：杯桿高、杯底寬：杯口寬的各部位的數值比例，最後採用複迴歸分析找出 1.高腳杯各部位的數值比例與6個感性語彙間的關係 2.高腳杯造型曲線的 10 個平面座標與 6 個感性語彙間的關係；結果發現當杯口寬＞杯底寬時，會有較為「信賴的」感覺：杯桿高＞杯身高時，會有較為「清脆的」感覺、杯桿高＞杯身高時，會令人感到教有「高價值的」感覺等。

Wine is one of the alcoholic beverages that modern people often contact. However, even the best wine needs elegant wine goblet to carry in order to achieve the double enjoyment of vision and taste. This study, based on the theory of Kansei Engineering, explores relationship between goblet shapes and Kansei words. In the beginning, we extensively collected goblet images and Kansei words. Then, we used KJ method to select 40 pictures and 6 representative Kansei words. We used graphic software to redraw goblet samples and to define 10 coordinates for contour curves of 2D goblets. On the other hand, we defined the ratios of each part for goblets, including (1) mouth width: body width, (2) body height: foot height, (3) bottom width: mouth width. Finally, we used multiple regression analysis to find out (1) the relationship between the ratio of each part for goblets and 6 Kansei words; (2) the relationship between 10 coordinates for contour curves of 2D goblets and 6 Kansei words. When the width of the goblet mouth is larger than the width of the goblet bottom, people will feel more 'reliable'; When the height of the goblet stem is larger than the height of the goblet body, people will feel more 'valuable'.
