Dear Mr. Ke, Rev. Tsai, and Superintendent Kuo, I am most grateful to you for your kind letter of condolence on the death of my mother. She was deeply attached to Taiwan, the warm, loving, loyal people there, and particularly her special community at Changhua Christian Hospital. Although she devoted herself to a number of different projects while on the mission field, as you know she was originally trained in nursing education, and helping to prepare nurses there in Changhua for a career in taking care of others was always a source of great satisfaction for her. |
