The study was designed to investigate the country under the current “Narcotics Hazard Control Ordinance” provisions of the feasibility of administering the drug decriminalization of behavior take, and reflect the trend of globalization of criminal legislation. The main subjects are the public and private students in Daan District, and through questionnaires to survey teenagers the differences in drug abuse-related cognitive and classification, and to understand their attitudes towards administration of the drug decriminalization. Statistical analysis methods used for the analysis includ descriptive statistics, T test, analysis of variance, regression analysis ... and so on. The results of this study showed that students don’t have different concepts under the variables of gender differences, personal background but for the views of details on drug abuse. There are some differences: First, It is now a consensus on campus to curb the first and the second drug administration. Second, the view of drug decriminalization is not supported between students. Third, the drug no general theory of crime victims recognized by the students. Fourth, students worried about drug-related crime problems, and hope to control through grueling penalties, but most of them do not like to see harsh disciplinary results. From this study, the students against drugs decriminalization of comprehensive administration, and at the same time they support the concepts of social responsibility. To the practicability of drug decriminalization to the third and forth drugs, we suggest schools to improve the situation of drug abuse in the way that strengthen students’ self-control or resist the temptation, and the most important should strengthen the propaganda of drug classification system and drug addiction after the harm caused to human health. |
