台灣性侵害加害人處遇成效初探

Treatment Effectiveness of Sexual Offenders in Taiwan: Preliminary Findings

研究目的：探討台灣性侵害加害人處遇是否具有成效。研究方法：將台灣性 侵害加害人處遇分為三期，處遇空窗期、摸索發展期、成熟穩定期，並且將在這 三個階段所調查之再犯率進行卡方檢定。研究結果：三個階段經卡方檢定達顯著 差異(X 2 = 7.257，p < .05)，表示這三個階段在再犯比例上具有差異，事後比較顯 示，相對於「處遇空窗期」之基礎再犯率(9.9%)而言，針對性侵害加害人之處遇， 到了「成熟穩定期」，其再犯率(5.6%)具有明顯的下降(X 2 = 6.945，p < .05）。研 究結論：上述的研究結果為我們提供了一個具體的證據，認為在台灣推行超過 15 年的性侵害加害人處遇是具有成效的。

Purpose: To research the treatment effectiveness of sexual offenders in Taiwan. Methods: In this study, the Taiwan sexual offenders treatment are divided into three stages: nontreatment period, exploration and development period, mature and stable period. Those recidivism rates were compared in three stages by Chi-square test. Results: Three stages of significant differences by chi-square test (X 2 = 7.257, p < .05）. Conclusions: Taiwan sexual offenders treatment is an effective.
