Ralstonia picketti（皮氏羅爾斯頓氏菌）為水生細菌，耐溫且可穿過濾膜，曾在許多國家造成溶液污染，導致醫院感染或群突發事件；臨床表現從輕微感染到嚴重的侵入性感染，尤其是免疫抑制低或體弱病人。藥廠優良品質控管是必需的，醫院監測機制亦是相當重要的，以能早期發現問題和積極介入處理，並達到有效的感染控制。

Ralstonia pickettii is a waterborne bacterium that can survive at high temperatures and can pass through the filter. This bacterium has caused contamination of solutions in many countries, and also results in nosocomial infections or outbreaks. Clinical manifestations associated with R. pickettii range from minor infections to more severe invasive infections, the latter of which occur more prevalently in immunosuppressed or weakened patients. In order to ensure early identification of problems, prompt intervention, and effective infection control, it is necessary to monitor pharmaceutical quality and post-marketing surveillance, as well as standard hospital procedures.
