博物館人向前行：臺博館人的壓力來源與因應策略

March Forward, Curator： The Methods of Coping with Stress in Taiwan Museum

現代人一方面要承受國內、外政經情勢的影響，一方面因資訊瞬間千變萬化，要汲汲營營吸取訊息，還因科技技術不斷更新的衝擊，要亦步亦趨地學習新知，使得各行各業在後工業經濟時代起了變革，我們要如何面對環境做好心理準備？以迎戰未來空前嚴峻的考驗。本文將以面對的壓力與紓壓理論的相關研究為基礎，檢視博物館人在適應與因應的前提之下，同時與壓力研究的取向上，從個人、組織到社會，探討博物館人壓力源所在及壓力管理的方式，以利從傳統因應到現代化經營。期許藉由本文討論，建立國內有關博物館學領域壓力管理的研究基礎，進而重視壓力源之問題，並學習抗壓知能，將壓力化為成長與提昇的動力，以期博物館事業不斷向前行。

In the age of the ever-changing information technology, adding both political and economical uncertainty, people are imposed of large stress in the need of acquiring new knowledge and up-todate skills. The results cause the revolution on all kinds of business in the post-industry. How do we prepare to face the environment? To face the upcoming unprecedented challenges and to benefit the transformation from traditional to modern museum management, this article provides a research-based viewpoint of curators in managing and coping with stress. The research covers a wide scope of close studies from individuals, organizations, and the society. It is the expectation that, through this article, the domestic museum administrative authorities recognize the criticality of stress coping methods for curators and turn the sources of stress and pressure to become a fresh new driving force for the modernization of Taiwan museum.
