In the age of the ever-changing information technology, adding both political and economical uncertainty, people are imposed of large stress in the need of acquiring new knowledge and up-todate skills. The results cause the revolution on all kinds of business in the post-industry. How do we prepare to face the environment? To face the upcoming unprecedented challenges and to benefit the transformation from traditional to modern museum management, this article provides a research-based viewpoint of curators in managing and coping with stress. The research covers a wide scope of close studies from individuals, organizations, and the society. It is the expectation that, through this article, the domestic museum administrative authorities recognize the criticality of stress coping methods for curators and turn the sources of stress and pressure to become a fresh new driving force for the modernization of Taiwan museum. |
