國內博物館家庭觀眾研究的現況與展望

The Current Trends and Outlook on the Studies of Family Groups to Museums in Taiwan

觀眾研究是博物館營運的必要工作，但博物館的觀眾包含不同年齡層、社經背景、教育程度的各式族群，由於家庭觀眾是國內外博物館主要的觀眾之一，因此，家庭觀眾應該在博物館的營運實務與觀眾研究方面受到優先的重視。而實際上，近年來越來越多的博物館已開始針對家庭團體推出特別的展示、教育活動或方案、行銷與優惠措施；在家庭觀眾的研究方面，基於家庭觀眾的重要性與特殊性，國外近20餘年來，關於家庭觀眾的研究正方興未艾，逐漸形成一個獨特的研究領域。國內方面，近10年來博物館家庭觀眾研究也有快速的成長，這方面的實證研究情況如何，以及對於博物館營運實務的價值與可能應用，後續研究方向與議題等等，都是值得探討的課題，不過，國內尚未有比較深入的文獻回顧與分析。為此，本文彙整歷年來國內以博物館家庭觀眾為對象的實證研究，從研究的時間、性質、主題與內容、研究方法、場域、研究發現等項進行整理與分析，提供博物館營運實務與後續研究之參考。

Visitors study is a major work for museum management. Among museum visitors, family groups constitute to be the major portion in many countries. Therefore, studies on family groups to museums should receive more attention. Over the last decade, there has been a fast growth of research to the family groups to museums of Taiwan. However, there is no in-depth literature review to inform the museum practice and further researches. This paper examines current trends and outlook in family group studies from a variety of aspects, such as research methods, research findings, research issues and problems. Based on the analysis, suggestions are made to improve the museum practice and to foster further researches.
