體驗式教學品質、教學滿意度與忠誠度關聯性之研究：以國立海洋生物博物館「體驗式科學教育活動」為例

Study on Connection among Experiential Teaching Quality, Teaching Satisfaction and Loyalty：Take the Experiential Science Teaching Activities at the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium as an Example

有鑒於國立海洋生物博物館（以下簡稱海生館）在推動海洋生態環境教育與保育之經營使命與任務，每年定期舉辦海洋生物相關科學教育活動，培育海洋教育種籽散播全省各地，建構台灣完善的海洋生態保育網絡，促使海洋生物環境之永續發展。本研究以Schmitt（1999）所提出之策略體驗模組（SEMs：Strategic Experiential Modules）來對海生館之海洋生物科學教育活動，進行教學品質及教學滿意度的評量。研究過程針對所有參與活動之264位學員進行問卷調查，並利用結構方程模式加以探討變數間之關聯性。研究結果發現體驗式教學品質能夠顯著正向影響教學滿意度。

Due to the mission and commission of the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium（hereinafter NMMBA）, annual science teaching activities have been held in order to promote the education and preservation concept of marine eco-environment as well as to cultivate participants in nature protection, so that a complete marine ecological preservation network can be built in Taiwan and a sustainable development of marine environment can be continued. Based on SEMs: Strategic Experiential Modules provided by Schmitt （1999）, the study aimed to evaluate the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction in the related activities. 264 questionnaires were given to the participants and the structural equation model was used to analyze the variable of the connections. The study result found that there was significant influence of experiential teaching quality on teaching satisfaction.
