觀眾研究的應用與發展：協助教師運用故宮資源行動研究的真實案例

The Application and Development of Teacher Visitor Studies in Educational Action Research in the National Palace Museum in Taipei

博物館觀眾研究的首要價值即是促進博物館功能的提昇與發展。由於教育行動研究是一持續探究並修正調整教育實務工作的循環過程，而觀眾研究正是博物館教育行動研究者在行動探究中的重要依據。本文以「協助中小學教師運用故宮資源之協同行動研究」為個案，簡介教師觀眾研究在整個過程中扮演的角色與功能，呈現觀眾研究的應用發展對於博物館教育實踐的關鍵影響。正如心肺復甦法（CPR）是基本生命支援術中重要的一環，可以在危急時拯救生命，觀眾研究於博物館教育行動研究中的應用與發展，亦具有其無可替代的關鍵價值與意義。

The essential value of visitor study in museums is to help the development and improvement of museum practice. Educational action research is a recycle process of continual exploration and adjustment which can be developed on the base of suitable audience research. This presentation introduces how the various teacher visitor studies conducted before and during the action research on the development of activities for school teachers in the National Palace Museum, Taipei, Taiwan. Like CPR is one important skill to save people's life, the development and application of audience research plays the indispensable role in the action research illustrated in this presentation.
