以徑路分析檢證五專護理科學生家庭社經地位、家庭資本、生活滿意度對其學業成就之影響

Using Path Analysis to Examine the Effect of Family Socioeconomic Status, Family Capital, and Life Satisfaction on Academic Achievement among the Junior College Department of Nursing Students

本研究主要目的在探討「家庭社經地位」、「家庭資本」、「生活滿意度」對五專護理科學生的學業成就的影響，本研究選擇一所醫護管理專科學校為研究對象，對其護理科四年級學生依據叢集抽樣方法，抽取五個班級進行量表調查，進而以所得資料進行分析、運用；所分析的變項包括家庭社經地位、家庭資本、生活滿意度與學生學業成就，並以路徑分析模式檢證家庭社經地位變項，透過家庭資本、生活滿意度而影響學生學業成就之因果機制。研究結果顯示，在直接效果部分：社經地位對家庭資本、家庭資本對生活滿意度及生活滿意度對學業成就有顯著且正向的直接影響，但社經地位對學業成就的影響則未達顯著水準。在間接效果部分：社經地位透過家庭資本及生活滿意度對學業成就的影響未達顯著水準。而家庭資本透過生活滿意度對學業成就的影響達顯著水準，生活滿意度在家庭資本對學業成就影響具有中介作用。最後，本研究提出相關教育意涵與實務及後續研究的建議。

The purpose of this study attempts to understand the impact of nurse students ｀ family socioeconomic status, family capital and life satisfaction on their academic achievement. The participants include students in one junior college of health and management. By “path analysis,＂ this study tries to explore the causal mechanism—how the family socioeconomic status variable influence students´ academic achievement through family capital and life satisfaction .The results of this study are as follows:(1) family socioeconomic status had the positive impact on family capital.(2) family capital had the positive impact on life satisfaction.(3) life satisfaction had the positive impact on academic achievement. (4) life satisfaction intervenes the effect of about family capital on academic achievement. Based on the research findings, the educational implications and suggestion for future research are provided.
