The development of European sex industry tends to be somewhat liberalized with different national conditions. However, women and children engaged in sex work pass through the sale and purchase of human rights abuses and are like commodities flowing across borders. The characteristics of sexual crimes in Europe include high liquidity, Internet seduction, statutory differences, or social strata and economic poverty. This paper analyzes the sexual traffickedness of female and child trafficking in human beings from North Europe, Western Europe, Central Europe, the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean, the Western Mediterranean, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, respectively, and reviews the legislation on prevention, control of crime and witness protection. This article specifically proposes to increase the links between crime prevention in countries of origin, transit countries and destination countries and to enhance social welfare and economic development in Eastern European and Third World countries so a s to prevent women or children from being forced into sex work and their sexual exploitation Solution. |
