The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of knowledge integration and innovation capability on organizational innovation performance. Based on the related literature, this study proposes a measurement model of organizational knowledge integration and innovation capability, and a causal model describing the factors affecting organizational innovation performance. Based on a sample of 103 respondents, this study employs exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the reliability and validity of the measurement models, and uses structural equation modeling to test the proposed causal hypotheses. The result indicates that knowledge integration and innovation capability has a significant influence on organizational innovation performance of product technology and management technology. Finally, this study discusses the implications for research and practice, and explores the limitation of the work and potential future research. |
