This era, E-Business comes into vogue, but with it, a controversial issue - the failure of successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) implementation. At the same time, Change Management (CM) turns into a way for enterprise competition. The primary focus of this study is to analyze Change Management (CM) implementation based on ERP implementation for business resource, and to examine the empirical evidence to date, in particular by examining survey research to understand the results between BPR and CM implementation. |
