Kaohsiung (高雄) Public Library has set up a Taiwan Cloud Library e-book lending platform for Kaohsiung residents. Within it, the library has created a special “Unrestricted Access Area” that visually-impaired readers can use with screen reader software on their computer to give them 24-hour access to e-books from home. |
