The President of the National Library of France (Bibliothèque nationale de France, BnF), Mr. Bruno Racine visited the NCL in the morning of August 23rd, 2013. He received a warm welcome from NCL Director General Tseng Shu-hsien and the NCL staff. The French Institute in Taipei attached great importance to the distinguished guest coming from the prestigious Library of France which traces its origin to the royal library founded at the Louvre Palace by Charles V in 1368. |
