NCL International Exchange Events(Vol.44 No.3)

2013.05.02 The German Cultural Center (Goethe-Institut) Taipei and the NCL jointly arranged a keynote address at the NCL International Conference Hall by Director General Hannelore Vogt of the Cologne Public Library in Germany. Under the theme of “Insights into Opportunities, Leading the Trends,” Director General Vogt’s speech introduced the ways that Cologne Public Library has striven to transform and innovate new missions for libraries.
