News from Taiwan Libraries(Vol.42 No.1)

In order to encourage the publication of management books beneficial to the development and upgrading of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for several years has commissioned the Chinese Management Association to hold the Golden Book Awards. The well-received award has been presented for books primarily in the field of business management with content applicable to SMEs. On November 30, 2010, to January 2, 2011, the National Taiwan Library held an exhibition of Golden Book Award winning publications to encourage SME managers to expand their knowledge on business management through reading, as well as to introduce the general public to the award-winning books.
