Dr. Huang Kuan-chung was appointed as the 11th director general of the National Central Library, effective from September 17, 2007. Dr. Huang earned his doctorate degree from the History Department at the National Taiwan University.
Dr. Huang Kuan-chung has also acquired considerable experiences in the educational world. He spent many years at the Academia Sinica as Director of the Institute of History and Philology. He specializes in Southern Sung Dynasty research. |
