Wang Wen-lu Appointed as 10th Director General of the NCL

Wang Wen-lu was appointed as the 10th director general of the National Central Library, effective from March 1, 2007. Director General Wang earned his master's degree from the graduate program of the Chinese Literature Department at National Taiwan University. He previously served as Specialist, Library of the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, Director, Museum of the Institute of History and Philology, Director of the General Affairs Office at the National Palace Museum, and Director of the Department of General Affairs at the Ministry of Education. Minister of Education Tu Cheng-sheng presides at the March 1, 2007, hand over ceremony for the new NCL director general.
