he Taipei International Book Exhibition (TIBE), now in its ninth year, will be held next year from February 1 to 6 at the Taipei World Trade Center. The exhibition will highlight reading in the e-generation and innovation in the publishing industry, and comprise five main areas-International, General, Parent-Children Books, e-Books, and Comics. France, a nation renowned for its children's books, juvenile literature, comics, and art books, has been selected to host this year's national theme pavilion, which will present the spirit and achievements of the French publishing sector. The e-book area will be enlarged and showcase the international strengths and ambitions of e-book publishers in Taiwan. |
