A trend in the management of uterine myomas: a role of laparoscopy

子宮肌瘤為最常見的婦科疾病之一，據估計約有80%的婦女會有子宮子宮肌瘤的診斷。腹腔鏡在子宮肌瘤的治療，扮演一些角色。因為手術相對困難，且易有一些併發症，所以腹腔鏡對於子宮肌瘤手術的應用，值得討論。此篇文章主要是針對腹腔鏡治療子宮肌瘤演進的介紹。

Uterine leiomyomas (fibroids, myomas) are one of the most common gynecologic tumors. More than 80% of women during the reproductive age are informed to have the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Laparoscopy plays a critical role in the management of the uterine myomas. However, surgical techniques during laparoscopy in the management of the uterine fibroids are complicated. Some unusual complications happen. In this review, the role of laparoscopy in the management of uterine myomas is discussed.
