八十三年度市售鎮咳液劑中磷酸可待因之含量調查

INVESTIGATION ON THE QUALITY OF CODEINE PHOSPHATE IN ORAL ANTITUSSIVE LIQUID PREPARATIONS IN THE TAIWAN AREA

磷酸可待因為一鎮咳劑，麻醉性鎮痛劑，具成癮性。含磷酸可待因成份之鎮咳液劑在市面上有多種廠牌，本局為瞭解市售鎮咳液劑中磷酸可待因之含量狀況，於民國83年度由全省各縣市抽購含磷酸可待因之國產鎮咳液劑30件。參照本局有關文獻資料之檢驗方法，進行內容量、含糖量、鑑別及含量測定。其結果有1件含量測定不合格（佔3.3%），1件含糖量不合格（佔5.6%）。

Thiry samples of oral antitussive liquid preparations (syrup & liquid) were purchased from Taiwan area from Sep. 1993 to Mar. 1994. The active ingredient Codeine Phosphate was analyzed by an HPLC method. The results showed that only a single sample failed to meet the requirements for assay and only one failed to meet the requirement for sugar content.
