The investigation aims on determination of propionates concentration of breads and bakery food, monitoring if the propionates residue are within the regulatory limitation of Food Additives. Samples are purchased all over the Taiwan area, subdivided into four part, namely northern, central, southern and eastern parts, The results of total quantity of 200 samples show the propionates residue are all within regulatory limitation of Food Additives. |
