原發性輸卵管癌：文獻的回顧

Primary fallopian tube carcinoma- a review

前一篇，我們已經介紹了台灣的經驗，但為了知己知彼。也為了對原發性輸卵管癌，有更多的認識，我們進一步搜尋國外的論文，增進原發性輸卵管癌的知識。我們將這些研究做整理。我們歸納出了以下幾個結論：最常見的原發性輸卵管癌為漿膜型；原發性輸卵管癌很難術前診斷；原發性輸卵管癌可能較易引發症狀並獲得較早期的診斷；國際婦產科聯盟的分期是原發性輸卵管癌最重要的預後因子；主流的治療方法，需包括完整的手術治療並進行術後六到八次的結合鉑金與紫杉醇類的抗癌藥物治療。

In the previous publication, we have already introduced the Taiwan's experience in the management of primary fallopian tube carcinoma (PFTC). In order to expand our understanding for this rare female cancer, a further review for published articles, not limited in Taiwan is needed. After summarizing these articles, we concluded that PFTC showed the following specific findings, including that serous type is common; it is hard to diagnose before operation; earlier stage is common, FIGO stage is the most important prognostic factor for survival; and treatment of choice should includes complete comprehensive surgery following platinum-paclitaxel combination chemotherapy.
