七十六年度巿售含黃連中藥製劑之黃連鑑別調查報告

SURVEY ON THE CHINESE MEDICINE PREPARATION CONTAINING COPTIDIS RHIZOMA

黃連性寒、味苦，為毛莨科植物黃連之根莖。古籍記載可治高熱發狂、頭痛、目赤淚出、腹痛下痢、瀉下膿血、開胃厚腸、消除熱毒、治口角瘡等。現代科學文獻中亦說明其對痢疾桿菌、各型流感病毒、革蘭氏陽性菌......有拮抗作用；又其內所含小蘗生僉小劑量時可增強乙醯醋膽鹼之作用，大劑量則對抗之。由此可見其作用之廣泛。於本草經中列為上藥。黃連的市售價格非常不穩，曾經暴漲，可能因原藥材缺乏，致有代替品出現。為了解廠商是否依照原核准處方調配合黃連中藥製劑，本局會於七十四年度利用薄層層析法（TLC法）進行市售製劑中黃連鑑別試驗，結果發現未依原核准處方調配者竟高達42.4%。

In order to understand if any of the Chinese medicine preparations did not contain the ingredient as it labeled, Coptidis Rhizoma, 103 samples were purchased randomly from drug stores in Taiwan area and analyzed by TLC method (TLC plate: Silica gel 60 F2s4; developer: (1) benzene : ethylacetate : n- propylalcohol : methanol : 70% diethylamine = 8 : 4 : 2 : 1 : 1 (2) n-butanol : G. acetic acid : H20 = 7 : 1 : 2; detector: UV366nm; reference -standard: berberine, coptisine, palmatine). The results showed that 13 samples (12.1%) were devoid of coptidis Rhizoma. that better than two years ago ( 42.4%) .
