市售保溫杯之衛生安全調查

SURVEY ON THE SANITARY STATUS OF THERMOS CUP

本調查旨在瞭解市售玻璃內膽保溫杯之鉛、鎘兩項之溶出情形及塑膠內膽保溫杯是否符合現行食品器具、容器、包裝衛生標準中塑膠類之一般規定（表一）。於76年4月至76年6月間就台北市及北部（包括台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣及基隆市）等地區計抽購玻璃內膽保溫杯50件經參據日本新修訂器具、容器、包裝規格基準玻璃、陶磁器類試驗項目鉛、鎘兩項之規格標準（表二）及塑膠內膽保溫杯48件依據我國現行食品器真、容器、包裝衛生標準中塑膠類一般規定予以檢驗。玻璃內膽保溫杯及塑膠內膽保溫杯之檢驗的均係採行政院衛生署76年6月9日衛署食字第664889號公告食品器具、容器、包裝衛生檢驗方法。
