Diphenylamine residues were tested in 94 samples of apple and 16 samples of apple juice and apple jam by GC-TSD. The result indicated that 10 samples, 7 apples and 3 apple juices, contained residues ranging from 0.130 to 0.880ppm with an average of 0.530ppm. The residnes of the three apple juices were 0.015, 0.022 and 0.120 ppm respectively. Daminozide residues were tested in 94 samples of apple and 16 samples of apple juice and apple jam by Spectrometry Residnes were found in 9 apples and ranged from 0.445ppm to 5.779ppm with an average of 1.63ppm. |
