藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品之力價標定──Neomycin sulfate

NEOMYCIN SULFATE REFERENCE STANDARD OF NATIONAL LABORATORIES OF FOODS AND DRUGS

本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品 Neomycin sulfate （批號G-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U.S.P.標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果每 mg 之 Neomycin sulfate 含 Neomycin 力價為710.5μg。

A 'Neomycin Sulfate Reference Standard' (Lot. No. G-1) of the National of Laboratories Foods and Drugs was prepared. Its potency was determined by a microbiological agar diffusion method against the U.S.P. The Reference Standard was assessed at 710.5 µg per mg.
