Challenge to Real Estate Registration System by Yarn Paper Lease in Macao, and the Response from Macao Government

對澳門不動產登記制度而言，「紗紙契」的存在是對登記制度以及其背後法理的一大挑戰。它涉及到葡萄牙對澳門的占領所遺留下來的歷史問題、政治問題與法律問題。本文從紗紙契的起源開始，考察紗紙契的性質，再結合政府對紗紙契的態度，對紗紙契的問題進行法律分析。

A challenge to the real estate registration system in Macao and its underlay legal principles has been made by yarn paper lease. The yarn paper lease involves with historical, political, and legal issues left by occupation of Macao by Portugal. This article inspect into the origin of yarn paper lease to study its legal essence, and would make further analysis in legal problems brought by yarn paper lease with reference to the Macao government’s attitude to yarn paper lease.
