隨著近年來大學生數量增加,短短幾年畢業生已從原本的十幾萬增加到二十幾萬人,勞動市場供給量急遽上升,導致大學生失業率逐漸攀升,大學學歷不再是找工作提供競爭力的保證。在行政院青輔會民國99年「協助青年就業接軌方案」之研究中,指出97年5月青少年就業者找到現職之管道中,以應徵廣告招貼(含網路尋職)佔47.50%最高,託師長親友介紹佔35.26%居次,由此可知,師長親友的推薦對於求職而言,是很重要的管道之一。如今大專院校已經普遍要求學生建立電子學習歷程(E-portfolio),幫助學生有系統性的記錄自己的學習過程,了解與辨識個人核心能力,可作為求職或升學時重要依據。本研究主要以實踐大學資訊管理學系為例,活化並最大化E-portfolio的效用,以網頁技術為基礎,行動載具為平台,建立一個跨平台(Android, iPhone, and Windows)的系統,可以根據E-portfolio中學生所填寫的資料,與企業所提供的人力需求,進行配對,提供大專學生了解本身的能力與就業市場的結合度,也提供就業的依據;此外,更進一步讓大專院校老師根據本身對學生的了解,將學生推薦給適當的企業,一方面可以降低業界求才的時間及不確定的風險,另一方面也可以減少學生求職的時間以及充分學用相符的需求。 |

The number of the university/college students has increased rapidly in recent years in Taiwan. Nearly two hundred thousand students graduate in a year, which means too much supplement to recruitment market resulted in unemployment rate of high education increasing. In 2010, National Youth Commission in Taiwan published a report about seeking jobs for youth employers, the highest rank is advertisement, 47.50%, and the second is referred by the relatives, friends or teachers, 35.26%. This project implements a manpower recommender system on mobile platform. The teachers find out the appropriate candidates efficiently from E-portfolio of the university, and then recommend them for the industries. The project utilizes E-portfolio to the optimal effect. The employers usually request the professors for providing the appropriate students to hire. This system aims at recommending the suitable graduates and helping the employers to interview the candidates via E-portfolio. |
