Due to the progress of communication technology, mobile phones have developed as smart phones, we can surf the internet through smart phone system and use applications to handle our working. Smart phones completely change our life style and provide us getting the information in time and various applications which we need. On the other hand, there are more and more people rely on smart phones heavily, users gradually become “Smartphone Addicts”. The purpose of this study is to focus on the reaction types of smartphone users. The Q method has been used to collect and analyze data and a total of 35 participants were selected. According to the results, the reaction types of smartphone users are categorized into five types including necessary, distraction and addiction, love-hate relationship, convenience and worry and fear types. Identifying the perception types of the reaction types of smartphone users can help government, academic and practice fields to discuss the reaction types of smartphone users. |
