Due to the growth of internet technology and its functions without considering place, time and space, there are many kinds of electronic commercial activities being speed and providing rich services. Manpower agency websites provide more applications efficiently than traditional companies. The purpose of this study is to focus on the perception types of manpower agency websites users. The Q method has been used to collect and analyze data and a total of 34 participants were selected. According to the results, the perception types of manpower agency websites users were categorized into five types including triple interactions, information transparency, multiple language services, consultant service and culture interaction types. Measuring and comparing the perception types of the manpower agency websites users can help manpower agency companies to improve website content and processes of managerial effectiveness. |
